I haven't stopped drawing these beautiful beasts since I first set foot in the Maremma in Tuscany 20 odd years ago. They're comic, majestic and terrifying if you bump into one on a dark night. More than anything they are the perfect vehicle for my style of mark making - messy and full of movement and life. I will never tire of drawing them and you'll never tire of its company when its up on your wall.
Pastel and Charcoal.
